SOAR has designed a special offer for existing PacksOnline customers to help them transition to a reliable, feature rich website service in their time of need.

SOAR has been in business for five years. Our only business is providing online services to Cub Scout Packs and Boy Scout Troops. We are a privately held company with no external investors. Our features exceed those of your current PacksOnline service and our price is $50 less per year. We offer phone support (Mon-Fri 9AM-4PM EST) and email support outside of that. Most support questions are answered within the same business day. We are constantly adding features to our service based upon customer feedback.

The details of the offer are:

  • SOAR will honor the current subscription of each PacksOnline customer.
    • SOAR will provide each current PacksOnline customer a SOAR website.
    • There will be no initial cost for your new SOAR website.
    • The renewal date for your new SOAR website will match that of your current PacksOnline subscription.
    • Once this renewal date comes up, you can decide if you want to become a paying customer of SOAR.
  • SOAR will transfer what data is currently available from each customer's PacksOnline website to their new SOAR website.
    • SOAR can only transfer data that is currently visible on your PacksOnline website.
    • SOAR has no way to retrieve data that was lost by PacksOnline.
  • This offer is valid until January 7th, 2011.
  • You must use the form below to take advantage of the offer.
    • This will allow SOAR to keep track of all requests and fulfill them in a timely manner.
  • You must provide the receipt from PacksOnline for your current subscription.
    • The receipt must show your renewal date with PacksOnline.
    • We have a list of PacksOnline customers that this information must match.
    • You can email the receipt to or fax it to 1-866-453-8266.
    • Make sure the receipt contains your PacksOnline website address.
